Class Offerings

Please remove all jewelry before class. It will damage the poles and/or potentially damage your items.

Please do not wear oils, creams, or lotions on days you attend class. They create slip and can cause injury to yourself and others using the poles after you.

All clients must sign the liability waiver when prompted upon booking your first class. No one can participate in any classes, workshops, or events without the waiver being signed.

Yes, these poles are specific to pole fitness & dancing. They are XPole 14' studio grade 45mm stainless steel poles. They have two modes: static and spinny, which all students will gain experience with in the pole focused classes.

Not at all. You can dress in what makes you as an individual feel most confident and ready for class. The reason you see pole dancers in more advanced classes wearing less revealing clothing is because skin is needed to stick to the pole for the more advanced tricks. Also, for some, wearing tighter or more revealing clothing to class is a natural progression thanks to feeling safe and supported while watching your confidence grow and inner baddie shine through.

After every use of the pole, it is proper class etiquette for the client to wipe the pole down with isopropyl alcohol (supplied by the studio) and a microfiber towel. Not only does it help sanitize but also helps with grip and stick.

Street heels are the type of heels you would wear to dance at a club. Pleasers are a brand of shoes with a very high heel and a thick platform. Both need practice and technique to master.

Yes, absolutely! All classes will offer accommodations for all levels. The only class with a prerequisite is Mixed Level Pole. At least 3-4 Intro to Pole classes are recommended prior to attending mixed level.

Embers will master their inversions (going upside down) on the pole. Conditioning is more intense, various spins and climbs are taught as well. The curriculum focuses on building strength to enter and exit all tricks, climbs, and spins with control and strength. Before progressing, Embers will be taught various entries to the basic invert or chopper, inside and outside leg hangs, basic climb, forearm climb and various descents, forward and backward rolls and floorwork, etc. Embers and Blazes are currently housed in the same class but individuals will be taught to their current level.

Blazes will enhance their practice with even more intense conditioning and mastery of basics with stamina. While leveling up their tricks, Blazes will also focus on staying on the pole for extended combinations of tricks from floorwork, to basework, to the top of the pole. From handstands, monkey climbs, superman, and ragdoll spin to caterpillar climb and shoulder mount prep, Blaze will feel the burn. Ember and Blaze are currently housed in the same class but individuals will be taught to their current level.

While the nature of some classes is more sensual and the majority of classes will be frequented by adults, minors (under 18) will need to have permission and a separate waiver signed by a parent or guardian to attend class. Private classes would be recommended.

Yes, all are welcome and all will be expected to uphold the Code of Conduct. Regardless of the individual, all standards and expectations must be met by the clientele in order to participate in and continue to take classes.
