Mixed Level Pole Tricks & Flow
Ignite your fire and passion for pole fitness with this more beginner/intermediate class offering. In mixed level we will build off of the foundational skills from our Intro class. More difficult conditioning & skills will be introduced, developed, and mastered with dedication and consistency. The curriculum builds on prerequisite skills so you feel safe and secure when advancing.
Wear a sports bra or form fitting top that can be rolled up, shorts or pole bottoms, no shoes required but feel free to bring Pleasers to practice tricks in heels at the end of each class.
